Mariela Dorado is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher with a decade of teaching experience.

She holds a BFA in Dance from Rutgers University and completed her Pilates teacher training through Polestar Pilates. Mariela has additional certifications in pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise, Pilates for neurological conditions, exercise for midlife bone and joint health, and somatic movement.
